Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and renewal billing questions work for NeedScout paid subscriptions.

1. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a paid NeedScout subscription at any time from the billing area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is approved, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
2. Refund window
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase and include the account email and reason for the request. We will review the request and, when approved, issue the refund through the original payment method.
3. Renewals and partial periods
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started. We may make exceptions for accidental renewals, duplicate charges, service availability issues, or other reasonable billing errors reported promptly.
4. Non-refundable cases
We may decline refund requests when an account has substantially used paid features, exported or downloaded significant content, violated our terms, or requested a refund outside the stated review window without a billing error.
5. How to request a refund
Send your request through the Contact page with your account email, payment date, plan name, and a short explanation. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and bank.
