Problem Statement
A product manager finishes a 45-minute sprint planning meeting. Fireflies captured the transcript. They open the transcript to extract action items but face 4,200 words of raw dialogue. They scan for 15 minutes, pull out 8 action items, assign owners, add due dates, and paste them into Linear. Then they write a 3-paragraph summary for the team Slack channel. Total post-meeting processing: 25 minutes — more than half the meeting duration. Multiply by 6 meetings per day, and post-meeting processing consumes 2.5 hours daily.
